The beautiful watercolour illustration features a noble brown bear, making it a perfect, versatile card for him or any history lover. Ideal for birthdays, thank you notes, or simply as a message of encouragement to a kindred spirit. This unique card is blank inside for your own heartfelt words.

Behind the Design: This is not just any bear. This is the Guardian of Warwick, the living soul of the ancient emblem of the Warwickshire earls. His story is a "Whispered Legend" that begins in the time of King Arthur, when the first earl, Arthgal, took his name from the Welsh word for bear, artos. He is the embodiment of the boldness and courage that the bear represents in heraldry. Unlike the chained bear of old crests, he stands free, unmuzzled and unbowed—a symbol not of a beast in service, but of the untamed, noble spirit of the land itself.
Spread the Joy: Share a piece of a timeless British story with this enchanting card. It is a perfect token for history lovers, folklore enthusiasts, and anyone who finds strength in the wild, untamed spirit of nature. Let the Guardian of Warwick carry your message of courage and enduring friendship.

Send a message of strength with our Guardian of Warwick card.
